She offered different variations of an exercise for more beginners or advanced people. The class was clearly well planned ahead, she didn’t just come up with it in the moment, which was so reassuring because I experienced in other classes that the teachers were like: “oook, what should we do now…”. I will definitely return to this class!

Besonders positiv finde ich, dass die Trainerin sehr aufmerksam ist und auf eine saubere Ausführung der Übungen achtet. Ich komme gerne wieder!
