BOX x LIFT: Glutes & Core
see all reviewsI really enjoyed the class. It's always intimidating when you are in a different country going to a new place but the teacher was very friendly and it was a go at your own pace class so you could get as hard a workout as you wanted. I will try to fit in another workout here this week.

see all reviewsI don't know how to explain this, but handsdown he is the best yoga teacher, breaking down "too serious" stereotypes among yoga class, super refreshing humour and just perfect pace of movement, his story telling skill just exactly what we need to evoke that inner child to sit and listen, as if we're being told a bed time stories, I've been to many yoga classes but his earned a favourite in my heart (great music in the background too!). There are so much good things i can say about him, If only I'm not a tourist, i definitely be a regular in his class!

see all reviewsthe staff was great, gave a nice introduction and orientation. She addressed all the usual concerns and made me feel safe, welcome and relaxed. The space was clean and neat. The whole experience was very relaxing and grounding. the little snacks and drinks at the end to slowly get back to normal life are a nice touch. Showers and bathrooms clean and have everything, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair driers.
