Things to keep in mind: 1) no lockers; 2) you have to go get the ring and the elastic at the end of the room before class; 3) staff are nice-ish (the support instructor was so lovely, Nicole a bit less so) but they won’t go out of their way to show you around and explain to you how the place works.

see all reviewsIt was a super cool experience, however if you are light or sound sensitive, just be aware. I ended up covering my eyes with the blanket due to the light from the outside not allowing me to fully relax and the gong noises got a bit too loud at times and had to plug my ears. It was an interesting experience but if you get overstimulated especially by sound, be aware of it before going in. I will do it again but will be ready for the loud noises next time hehe

Sie strahlt eine unfassbar schöne Ruhe und Gelassenheit aus, dass man sich direkt gut aufgehoben fühlt. Auch das Studio selbst ist richtig schön und gemütlich.
