Unfortunately a yoga teacher training was happening in the studio after our class and they were absurdly loud and obnoxious 10 minutes before our class ended. I think several people even walked in during our shivasana. The irony of those folks desiring to be yoga teachers while completely disrupting Ann’s WONDERFUL class doesn’t escape me.

It was a little intimidating when you first walked in but once I got settled into the class it was amazing and just the kind of kickboxing workout I was looking for. Phenomenal instructor, really dope heavy bag area, and super clean space.
