    STRONGER

The Stronger Class with Chloe was amazing. Sweating with some lifting. She guides us through all the stations with care and knowledge. Also she stay close to correct our position if we're not doing properly. Definitely this class is my favorite one. 💪

The Yard Yoga All Levels - 60 min

The class and instructor were good however this was definitely not an all levels class! I have been practicing yoga on and off for many years and I struggled to keep up with the pace, and also ended up hurting my back. My friend who was with me has only been to a handful of yoga classes and she felt lost for most of the class. I'm still rating it a 5 because I did like the instructor (very welcoming and down to earth) and the sequencing was very creative. The studio was also very nice! It's small but felt clean and warm/welcoming. I feel like the studio should rename the class to be more appropriate to the actual level required (or at least just eliminate "All Levels") but I will probably still give them another try at some point.

    HIIT Boxing - All levels

Absolutely the best workout in the neighborhood! Training with Fred is a thrill every time. Solid protective warm up, challenging HIIT circuit where I can always push myself more, and very fun boxing circuit that builds stamina to the max, with an abs burnout to top it all off. The vibes are always motivating, positive and fun. I've been coming weekly for almost a year and it's made me stronger and faster than ever - couldn't recommend enough!

    Adult All Levels Capoeira

Very fun, wholesome experience. I attended with my girlfriend as complete beginners. The instructor, Pantera (Lua's wife), was very mindful of this and took her time showing us the basic movements. Later on, while the rest of the class were practicing with each other, a couple of the more experienced students stayed back and continued showing us the basics. Towards the end, in the big circle, we were invited to take part in the middle. Despite looking like total beginners, we felt included and supported. No judgement at all. What a vibe seeing the traditional instruments and songs being played and sung. Felt like I was transported to Brazil, to a different time. I gained a new appreciation for this aspect of their culture. Totally recommend, especially if you've never tried capoeira before. Equally a cultural experience, as much as a martial art class!

    No Gi Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals

The class was excellent. As someone completely new to Jiu Jitsu, there were definitely some steep learning curves, but the instructor was incredibly patient and supportive throughout. I especially appreciated the emphasis not only on proper technique but also on injury prevention, which is crucial for beginners. I would definitely be interested in participating again.
