The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I had the opportunity to brush up on my Spanish skills. The instructor was extremely easy to approach, as he not only showed us every single movement but also made sure our form was correct and kept us motivated throughout the entire class. I absolutely adored how they seamlessly transitioned from the treadmill to weights and even included rowing machine. By the end of the session, I had burned a whopping 500 calories.

The instructors went above and beyond; I felt like I was in a Bollywood movie or Indian wedding, AND I got an incredible cardio workout! Not only was the music, dancing, and choreography on point, the atmosphere they created really transported you across the globe! There were costumes, bindis, henna, Indian snacks, a live drummer!! I could go to this class every month, please make it a regular event!!

see all reviewsI enjoyed the class snd Bachata dance very much, everything was great, I had so much fun. The instructor was knowledgeable, amusing and a great dancer and teacher. The place was spacious, light, with awesome music and the people that were at the class were all nice as well. It was a big group which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The only thing that I notice that didn't comply with Class pass was the time. I was expecting 1 hour but it lasted 45 minutes. Everything else was excellent.

see all reviewsThis class was soooo challenging but I love the vibes! star’s energy is absolutely unmatched out of all the studios I’ve gone to in Miami whether it’s yoga or Pilates. I feel amazing after the class! One thing to note, this is in the Plaza where Happy Wine is in the Grove. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Like you all should literally get there 20-30 mins before the class to wait for parking to clear up in any of the nearby areas. I missed like 10 mins of class cause of this.
