First ever Pilates reformer class and it was entirely in Danish and even as an only English speaker I still followed all the instructions and the instructor was kind enough to check in with me and my friend to let us know how we were going and what to change. see all reviewsLily was an amazing instructor! She coordinated the workout perfectly with the music, and always told us what to expect: if something faster or slower or harder is coming. She offered different variations of an exercise for more beginners or advanced people. The class was clearly well planned ahead, she didn’t just come up with it in the moment, which was so reassuring because I experienced in other classes that the teachers were like: “oook, what should we do now…”. I will definitely return to this class!
