see all reviewsThe space was so calming! And Julie was very sweet. I have never done a yoga class, and had no idea what I needed to grab (mat, blanket, blocks, etc.) for the class. I approached her and she introduced herself and explained what was going to happen throughout the class. I really enjoyed the class and definitely will be coming back! The class itself was very slow (in a good way) and focused a lot on mind-body connection and getting into a meditative state. Definitely what I needed to start off my new year!
