    I loved this class and will be back. Allen is kind and doesn’t mess around—not for anyone worrying about breaking a nail. Very encouraging as well and supportive of modification when necessary due to I have a challenging knee. Thank you and I’ll be back.

    I enjoyed this flow but the music was way too loud and made it very hard to hear the instructor . I don’t know exactly what essential oil was used on the warm rags at the end but it was lovely and a great way to end the session.
