The energy in the room is contagious, which really helps push you through those tough workouts. The gym itself is huge, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to focus on your fitness journey. I appreciate the spacious layout that allows for plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. One thing I would suggest is adjusting the AC in the group class area. It can get a bit chilly, which makes it hard to really break a sweat! A slightly warmer temperature would make the workout even more enjoyable. Overall, Frian and Surge Gym is a fantastic place to work out. The combination of engaging classes, a clean environment, makes it a good choice for anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine. I can't wait to keep coming back for more!
