This class was a true and good full body strength workout. Abbie was amazing and super motivating throughout the class. You have two sets of weights (one medium and one heavy) with the opportunity to play around and figure out if you need heavier weight. The class went by wicked fast and Abbie gave really great cues throughout. Definitely worth taking and will go again!

I always enjoy going to this class. Heat is great and there is enough room to spread out and not feel like your exchanging sweat with your neighbor. This teacher was good. However, some white noise would go along way to block out the neighbors noise which is very distracting when trying to be zen.

Charlie was a great first impression of this studio. He was very focused on making sure everyone in class got something out of it. He went into detail in explaining each move and we were able to flow through the class almost effortlessly. He really pushed us to keep going and use heavier weights if you could. At the end of class he invited us to join the next class and even helped instruct us in some additional moves to work on to improve balance and stability. I really loved how low impact this workout was while still getting the burn that I desired. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the studio and even received a tour at the end.

I received gentle contactless corrections and lots of check ins to make sure i was doing ok (I’ve had back surgery). I enjoyed the class and felt it was more relaxing than super duper challenging, but I think that if you are looking for somewhere to learn about movement, breath and connecting with yourself that this is the place (skip those $200/month yoga HIIT classes lol). The studio and ambiance is clean, tranquil, and inviting. Tiffany the instructor that performed the class was excellent. Great class to loosen my body up and provide the meditation to relax my mind.

The instructor is great. I took this same class with the same instructor a while back and was hoping it would be the same but I guess she varies it. I preferred the other class that had more stand up strengthening/stretching/lengthening/balancing poses and moves all in one that felt just incredible. That was one of my top 3 classes I ever took on class pass. This one was just a little “less”, but still really good. We did more seated poses and used weights on some occasions.

This class didn’t exist (they should take it down?) but one of the trainers had me stay for the 6pm Functional fitness class on their lakefront area and the class was amazing. Everyone was so nice
