    Tai Chi - Studio A

Yantong was highly knowledgeable and very patient and kind. He adjusted the class to our experience levels and I had a blast! I think there’s a common misconception that tai chi is for older people due to its slow pace. I disagree! The movements were more challenging to hold due to the pace, and it forced me to actually be mindful about my form (as opposed to blasting through reps). Additionally, the core work and forms involved prepare you for this and other martial arts. The teacher is great and the studio was easy to find in the fitness center. Highly recommend!

This was amazing! It was my first time getting acupuncture and was a little nervous but the doctor made me feel very comfortable and was more attentive than regular doctors. I will be coming back for sure.
