The only small problem I had was I couldn’t hear the instructor, maybe it was because I was under the speaker, but a microphone would have been helpful, the instructor was talking as loud as she could, so it wasnt her fault or anything of the such. Amazing teachers, bumping community, prime location right at the intersection of Logan Square and Avondale, and great sequences. The class I did today was a blend of the Breathe and Restore modalities. It was a great introduction to breathwork for me followed by a soothing sound bath. The only negative is sometimes the classes book out ahead of time, so make sure to save your spot early. Thankful I found this community. I will be back to try their yoga and strength training classes!

I'm glad that I already have experience with the rowing machine and am at a medium-ish level level of fitness since I wouldn't say this is a beginner class.
