see all reviewsMy husband and I both had appointments for 1 and 2 pm. We arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment. We were greeted, asked if we had appointments, and asked to sit down and wait. From the interaction, confusion was apparent. The owner came and my husband asked if we could be seen at the same time, the owner said yes. Our names were on the books. We were both seen together in a couple room. Our massages were good. The woman who performed our massages worked very hard and we appreciated their efforts. At the conclusion of our massage, the owner said we needed to pay. I told her we booked through ClassPass and both bookings were confirmed. The owner said that we needed to pay and be reimbursed by ClassPass because she hadn’t been paid by ClassPass. I used my husband’s phone to text ClassPass to inform them of the situation. The owner eventually agreed to wait on her payment from ClassPass, and we were able to leave. I am not sure if us coming together caused the issue, but it was definitely awkward.
