    Everything! the Instructor was Amazing! The front desk were welcoming. It was different from Augusta Palates reformer, it was better. The bef was wider and I enjoy the Instructor ques.

    Reformer Essentials

    This was my first time doing Pilates and Beth was extremely helpful and patient. I picked it up pretty quickly but there were several other newbies in our class and Beth did an amazing job moving between all of us to make sure we were understanding all the instructions. She was very kind and stayed after class for a few minutes to talk with me about my goals and help me finish my paperwork. The class itself was also great. I enjoyed the exercises and definitely will be returning. It was a perfect class for a beginner but also would be great for someone with a little more experience as well. I’m in pretty good shape but still found it to be a good workout and I was a little sore for a few days after!!
