    Allie was truly SO amazing. She made her class accessible to every rider in the room—whether it was giving new riders tons of options and encouragement or giving experienced riders challenges and opportunities to dig deep. Her cuing was crystal clear; I never felt lost. Her in general atmosphere was also fantastic: the music volume was spot on, I was able to clearly hear her the whole time without her needing to raise her voice, and her music was SO GOOD. Tons of remixes and variety to stay engaged. Class flew by so quickly. It felt like she also brought a lot of herself and authenticity, which further makes for a welcoming space. 10/10

    This was my first time at Modern, and I absolutely loved it. Gess was amazing—her flow was a beautiful mix of challenging, gentle, creative, and fun. The entire class had me completely focused on my breath and the vinyasa, and it felt so good to be fully present. I can’t wait to go back!

    Level 1 Bungee Class

    I thought this class was really unique and had a lot of fun! I recommend avoiding shorts, as the harness can be uncomfortable. That said, the instructor kept switching songs and was on her phone, which made the class feel a bit disorganized. I also felt the pace was slow, and we could have fit in more songs. Hopefully, in the future, they’ll offer more class times and allow Level 2 on ClassPass!
