Spraying paper towels after each station didn't get the job done or feel sanitary. Everyone was scrambling to grab the same spray bottles and didn't feel efficient or clean. I personally liked the other side that had more squat racks and wide open space available to do barbell cleans. Showers were very nice, I liked that they provided soap and a hair dryer in the women’s locker room. I totally forgot to grab a eucalyptus towel on the way out but I’ll surely do that next time. Parking was easy to find! Will be coming here regularly.

The combination of hot and cold felt both exhilarating and relaxing. I left feeling amazing and slept so well. see all reviewsThe lobby staff & sauna tech were SO KIND. I got their way early for my time because I didn’t know any paperwork I needed to sign or walk-throughs. The process was super easy when they say 15 minutes early you really only need 15 minutes. I’m not new to red light therapy, but I thought the coolest part was that there’s also other light therapy options in the sauna as well in addition to the red light, and the sauna tech did a great job of walking me through how to change the settings in the sauna to what works right for me. Overall, I love the infrared! It was way easier to breathe and much more comfortable than a dry or wet sauna I felt like I could stay in there at a higher temperature for longer than I could have in a “normal” sauna. I can’t wait for my next appointment!!

It pushed me to be intentional with my poses, but it wasn’t a hard class, it was very restorative. The sound healing at the end was beautiful!! see all reviewsI rarely write reviews, but I have to praise The Ocean Lab for their top notch customer service and the overall float tank experience. From the second you walk in, you’re immediately welcomed and made to feel at home by the staff. If you’re a first timer, they give you a tour and an overview of how the float works. You’re also offered a variety of different loose leaf teas and sparkling water to make your experience more enjoyable. The float tank itself is large and they really thought of every little detail to make your experience better, such as having a spray bottle and small towel available in case you get salt water in your eye. I even got to listen to one of my favorite artists, Rufus du Sol, while floating which only made the experience 1000x better. The only thing I would recommend would be to make the water temperature in the float tanks a few degrees warmer as I felt a bit cold in there. Looking forward to my next visit!
