Spraying paper towels after each station didn't get the job done or feel sanitary. Everyone was scrambling to grab the same spray bottles and didn't feel efficient or clean. They don't offer towels and the floor was covered in sweat.

see all reviewsI started yoga because it practices to listen to your body and take breaks when needed but he often preaches about not drinking water, pushing through instead of taking a break, and not wiping the sweat off because it’ll come right back (even if it’s dripping into your nose, ears, eyes). I think he could be more mindful that people have differences in their abilities and comfort. When I take a break that’s good for my chronic pain and a great sign that I’m managing my anxiety by allowing myself a moment. That being said, Nathaniel is otherwise an amazing and creative instructor. I would continue coming to his class no matter what he said

Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop). She also had a great playlist! I love when the music syncs with the number of reps. I would recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to get a good spot. This particular class uses mats, weights and resistance bands, all of which were provided but if you prefer using your own mat I’d bring it.

I personally liked the other side that had more squat racks and wide open space available to do barbell cleans. Showers were very nice, I liked that they provided soap and a hair dryer in the women’s locker room. I totally forgot to grab a eucalyptus towel on the way out but I’ll surely do that next time. Parking was easy to find! Will be coming here regularly.

The class was BRUTAL but fun! Highly recommend taking with Gian if you are a beginner and let him know it’s your first time. The gym provides loaner gloves for free but hand wraps are required.
