A little bit more flow than other classes which is nice. + Nice easy “Sunday morning” type playlist. Really great class. Also if you’re more advance she will adapt for you. ( though I’m not) ;)

Alexis came right up to me to ask if it was my first time or if I had physical pain. Very attentive and engaging class.

We started with a short discussion of what I wanted from the experience. I left with that and more. More understanding than when I had came in.
