see all reviewsJanine’s class is always such a good way to start the morning. She’s very positive and encouraging, and really helps me do my best in my practice while not being judgemental of myself. It’s great for beginners because she really explains each pose and it’s easy to keep up.

see all reviewsLove this Mama and Baby class. Anna is an amazing coach and makes sure you are able to get the best workout possible that day. Whether that’s modifications or literally holding your baby. Was disappointed to see that after our trial pass we were no longer able to book this class with a membership so just a good caution to others that might be wanting to book this class on your full class pass membership.

see all reviewsI actually didn’t stay for a class, coz there was barely room to fit in. It doesn’t feel comfortable to practice in such heated room with barely space to squeeze in a mat. Just a heads up to anyone who want to join Hatha class on Sunday. Otherwise seems like a lovely spot. Oh, and the studio doesn’t have windows (in comparison to Mission location).

see all reviewsI booked 5:15pm class, and it's perfect time, perfect class for a busy day after work. I wasn't sweating much as I expected but felt really relaxing and relieved. And also thank to Emma, it wasn't my only 1st time at this studio but also 1st time to try yoga, and I definitely come back for more classes.

see all reviewsGreat class, this was my second time at the studio, nice space with a great atmosphere and energy, I like the community here. It’s heart warming that it seems like members have somewhat of a relationship with one and other. Really nice people, one person took it upon herself to give me the tour of the space on behalf of the front desk, another member brought homemade banana bread for the class, another day she brought flowers for the studio, people would introduce themselves to me, it seems like a safe space enough that someone felt comfortable enough to be emotional at the end of the practice and I noticed another member comforting them. It was really hard to get up early but I felt really good about going into my day after the class, starting off with peace and kindness all around. 6:50am is a nice time because it’s early and I feel like I’m getting ahead of my dat but also not requiring me to get up at 5am. I appreciate that Kristen would do the practice with us so that I could follow along, she’d still walk around the room and sometimes plop closer to my mat, perhaps noticing I am new and would benefit from being able to see her closer. Chelsea is a good instructor too, she was nice and personable, however, I would’ve appreciated her demonstrating the movements as opposed to mostly verbal instruction which is not my strong suit. As a newer participant to yoga, when told to do the “vinyasa” routine ? And I don’t know what that is , I would have to make do with myself. However, she still created a nice environment that I felt I could fill the those times of uncertainty with my own stretches and to relax and focus on my breath. I suppose I could’ve asked her to show me but I didn’t want to interrupt the flow of the class. Still felt great at the end of the class. Highly recommend this studio, also had parking!
