see all reviewsHad such a great time at my first Deadweight class! Will definitely be going back. The class was structured, but everyone moved at their own pace based on their workout needs. Chris was super knowledgeable and gave everyone individual workouts based on what they were looking for that day. People popped in and out throughout class. At the end, Chris heard I was interested in trying Muay Thai, so he taught me a few techniques before I invested in a whole class. Great experience!
