The streets of NY are getting scarier by the day and Coach John does an incredible job of walking you through multiple scenarios and how to approach these dangerous situations. I left the class feeling more sure of my capacity to stand up to my assailant, and he taught us some Jiujitsu and Muay Thai moves as well. I will be attending many more. Highly recommend!
