Usually I hate using Classpass for anything beauty related because service usually isn't good and/or really confusing but they did such a nice job. I had points expiring so I had to use them or lose them. When it came time to pay they understood I already paid, I just tipped & left. Confirm reservation before you go because they ran an hour behind and salon had no way to contact me so i had to wait. One block from Penn Station. Salon is up a steep flight of stairs, no frills. ClassPass was 50 credits which is about $100 and salon charges $110+ directly, both not a great value IMO but i needed to burn credits and needed a haircut so i tried it. Classpass gets you a hair treatment with the cut. My hair looked healthy and cut was fine but i wouldn’t go back.
