    I really enjoyed this class! The instructor had great energy, kept everyone motivated, and the class flew by. The workout was well paced and engaging from start to finish. My only suggestion would be to offer heavier weights. The heaviest dumbbells available were 20 pounds, which felt a bit limiting for lower body exercises.
