see all reviewsAustin’s teaching feels fluid not simply because the sequence flows, but because he is reading the whole room in real time. He does not just look at isolated body parts or correct every small imperfection. He sees the larger movement pattern: breath, weight, direction, rhythm, fear, effort, and whether the student is still able to learn from within the pose. When the pattern is alive, he gives space. When it breaks, he intervenes with a clear demonstration or precise adjustment. His demonstrations are not performances; he truly helps students to progress.

see all reviewsGreat teacher who offers very interesting sequences and poses that feel particularly well thought out compared to some other classes that always repeat the same very simple poses. She is also very skilled with the singing bowls and creates a beautiful sound bath experience that is genuinely immersive and relaxing. My only suggestion would be to shorten or remove the introductory meditation and breathing section and really limit the talk at the beginning. For me, this part doesn't add much value as the meditative aspect is already naturally incorporated into both the yin practice and the sound bath. I would much rather use that time for additional poses or a longer sound bath, which are the real strengths of the class.
