    This was a unique, fun, and high energy class! I felt the trampoline part of the workout wasn’t for me. I felt dizzy jumping on the small trampoline and found it difficult to find my balance.     Emma was an excellent instructor — she explained everything clearly and also demonstrated moves very well. She was really encouraging and kept me motivated while at the same time made me feel comfortable going at a pace/with the weight level that worked for me. I also liked that she called out how much time we had left for a given exercise, counting down at the end - I find this really helps me push myself as I know there’s an end in sight! 😅 Definitely recommend!
