Her classes are not easy, they are intense, but you will feel the burn, but she really takes her time to connect with each of us and help correct form as needed. I especially appreciate the fact that she took the time to learn my name.

see all reviewsThe class was amazing! There was a great mixture of strength training, Pilates, and yoga. The instructor was wonderful. She guided us through a lot of different exercises but also making sure to switch up difficult routines with easier ones to help us maintain our momentum. The classes ended with a few minutes of stretching and yoga which was nice to cool down. The studio was also really clean, inviting, and easy to find.
