That said, the stretching is very comprehensive, and I felt like from head to toe I checked in with every muscle of my body. I loved it! But I’ve noticed other reviewers were looking for something more slow paced and for them they might want to check out a different class.

see all reviewsVery challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that it’s only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know it’s not going to last forever. My one thing is I’d prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isn’t rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!
