FlowYoga | Vinyasa: Candlelight Flow + Soundbath
see all reviewsExcellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed the class, it’s so hard to find a legit boxing gym around Bellevue area. The class begins with a 5-minute jump rope, followed by shoulder-mobility and warm-up exercises. Next it’s three rounds of 3-minute shadowboxing. After that, you’ll do three 3-minute rounds of partner mitt work, alternating between hitting the mitts and holding them for your partner. Then it’s another three rounds of situational sparring — lead-hand only, body-shots only, etc. Finally the class ends with some core exercises — sit-ups, push-ups and planks. It’s both a good workout and perfect for improving boxing fundamentals. The gym vibe is also pretty chill, no matter if you are regular or new, people just come in and train.

Intro to BJJ Program - Trial Class
see all reviewsI just finished my first beginner class here, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Jiu-jitsu. The instructors are fantastic—they provide clear, constructive guidance that makes learning complex movements feel approachable. The atmosphere in the gym is really welcoming; everyone is focused on learning and playing together. It was also great to meet new people and partner up for drills. The sunshine is also great! Overall, an incredibly fun and enjoyable experience
