see all reviewsI have always wanted to do a dexa scan to check out my bone health, and didn’t realize it was also used for body composition so it was nice to get that insight. Staff was friendly and explained the results in terms of wellbeing and prevention. I also did the infrared sauna pod, which helps with lymphatic drainage. It was really relaxing and was a good intro to their wellness model. I booked a few other sessions while I was there for the introductory package for things that are not yet offered on ClassPass, and I’m excited to return!

I usually love a massage chair, but the seating at Penelope’s was so comfortable & the massage so relaxing! (It was also more aesthetically pleasing than bulky chairs). Manicure and pedicure were the best I’ve had in Seattle— love the Dazzle Dry service. Just like gel but not as damaging.
