I got a deep tissue massage and it hurt in all the right places, leaving me refreshed and with more mobility after just one session. The spot was super cute, clean, and zen! Will def come back when I’m in town again. The ONLY Thing was that they were 15 mins late (seemed like they were running late / short staffed) and I got only 55 mins but it was still great!

He asked me to do a few movements to better understand where the tightness was and then we got to work. The pressure was definitely medium to heavy, but he checked in regularly and would explain what he was doing at a couple points.
