You can go at whatever pace you feel comfortable at, even if it’s lower/slower than what the instructor tells you to do! Absolutely no judgment from anyone, and there was a lot of encouragement from my peers. I’ve been looking for a class that had some more cardio than strength/weight training, and I felt like this class had a good balance of both (treadmill + bench). I will definitely be coming back!

I greatly appreciated this instructor as she allowed space for modifications if needed. We don’t all have the same fitness needs, experiences, and goals. Pushing to go FULL ON AGRO THOR BEAST mode is not always appropriate for everyone. This class at the Marina location was an amazing start to the new year.

The owner immediately greeted me and asked about any injuries, and the instructor did a great job about making sure everyone’s form was on point. The owner also gave me some great resources related to my own injury and desire to return to running. One of the regulars introduced herself right off the bat since I had never been before, which was so nice! It seems like they have created a strong community. And of course the class gave me a solid workout! Beginner-friendly but easy for more advanced people to push themselves. I also liked that they tape out sections on the floor for people to space out! It makes it much easier to not encroach on other people’s space.
