Morning Slow Flow
see all reviewsI enjoyed this morning class. Plenty of variations given for students of all energetic capacities. It truly could’ve been slow flow if I wanted it to be. Today I wanted to challenge myself though and was grateful for the opportunity to practice wheel and headstand. I’ll be back!

see all reviewsI met Holly right at the front desk, she was kind and immediately asked me questions about my prior experience with various yoga classes. She explained the general outline of the class and was so encouraging. The class was challenging but not so fast in the flow portions that I felt I couldn't keep up which was great. I love this studio and the instructors, the focus is on the work and the community & it's not about cranking out watered down classes to the masses.

see all reviewsGena is a very grounded gentle instructor. We also had an assistant for this class and at the beginning they asked if folks were ok with being touched / have their posture adjusted. I liked the flow of the class and Gena would offer modifications for certain poses so I did what was comfortable for my body. They provide blocks and blankets. You have to bring your own mat (maybe there’s one to rent but I didn’t check) and I’d recommend bringing a towel cause my mat was getting slippery from sweat. The room is heated to about 80-85 degrees which didn’t feel too hot but does get your warm for the practice and during as well.

see all reviewsAmazing. As an avid yogi and yoga instructor myself I really appreciated the instructor’s emphasis on alignment and break down of the poses. I learned so much in this class. It is always a treat to attend classes at this gem of a studio. I live in east bay and no other studio there can compare to Nandi. Such a privilege to attend a class there when visiting the Peninsula!
