The studio is always shining clean. Lindsay and Emma are my personal favorites due to I find their challenging level the most suitable for me. And they always correct everyone’s form and/or immediately help with the posture setup. Thank you, Lindsay, Emma and Transformer Saratoga!

see all reviewsTook the Full Body Cardio Sculpt class and loved it! It was my first reformer class so it was a bit of a learning curve, but Leila was super welcoming and explained the moves well. Maybe not the best class if you’re just getting back into exercising, it was pretty tough! Leila also informed me that it’s one of the hardest class they offer. Can’t wait for the next one!

see all reviewsLindsay did a great job managing the flow of class with a first timer. She motivated and kept us on track while teaching the new person the correct form. She provided plenty of modifications for this individual. This class was a tough class for a beginner. But those of us who have been going for a while absolutely loved it but hated it at times. IYKYK. Lindsay always makes you work and sweats. She helps push you when needed and will help you modify as well. Killer class. Almost felt like a MegaTOUGH or I was not as strong today.

The teacher was super nice. I prefer hip hop music personally so next time I will signup up for Bre’s class but overall great workout. So hard I felt like throwing up but I just need to build up endurance.

Just enough time for buns, guns, and everything else. All the springs were perfectly chosen. You could tell she knew her stuff by her smooth transitions, and perfect cues.

I don’t recommend that to any class pass person trying a studio for the first time but traffic prevented me from being there 15min before class like I usually like to. I came in anxious from running late and knowing I needed to sign a waiver and get situated. The front desk person greeted me and got me started on the waiver and the instructor of the class walked out to say hello and introduce herself. With 2 min before class she was so kind to walk me through their equipment and studio(I’ve taken lagree/reformer classes elsewhere but it’s always different each studio). I let her know about my wrist sensitivity and she provided some modifications ahead of class but throughout class provided verbal modifications and more challenging ones for students of various levels. I loved how fast paced, encouraging, and challenging the class felt! I will definitely be attending again.
