He has an exceptional background as a stylist which made me feel confident in trying him for the first time (before I moved from Southern California, I had been going to my previous stylist for 15 years). He listened and cut exactly what I asked for. He also added his touch to it so my cut is unique and artsy which I like. He was also gracious and a pleasure to get to know! I don’t know what happened with my appointment. They seemed a little bit confused when I came in and ended up squeezing me in. I never saw Britney who I later realized us who my appointment was with. Some better communication from class pass would have been nice but the salon it’s self provides good services.
