For this class, I reckon it would help to have at least a little experience with barre or pilates, though you don't need to be a pro by any means. Studio was also clean and well-maintained by a friendly team, with access to good showers. Thank you!

The music, the trainer, the light, the focus on breathing - everything contributes to a very deep contact with the body.
