I’ve been to this studio about 3-4 times over the weekend but it’s my 1st time in Darren’s class. Pure golden retriever energy! Very sweet and encouraging and engaging. I don’t like trance / EDM but he picked really good tracks that felt immersive. He also made good use of the stage/room lights to add to the energy and vibe. If the time works, definitely sth I see myself coming back for. Butttttt: guysssss your bath towels are maddd thin- by the time I dry my hair it’s soaked. And the hair ties, lorddddd, they have snapped in every single class and I have to take in extra ones. Body soap also some generic drying one. Tbh I know it’s damn 1st world problems but at 10 credits pls try lah.

They are never-ending.. 💀💀 Then again, it's a really good workout. 😊💦💦 He also gives options so you can drop the weights and just use bodyweight if the barbell or weights are too much for you. I felt instantly welcomed and included by Nathan. He has created a wonderful training community. Members appeared to be tight knit but welcoming. The training session was fun and a solid workout. The only thing I’d charge is having a more substantial warm up. I’m still giving two thumbs up.
