Yin + Stretch
see all reviewsAw Megan really knows what she’s doing and just created such a perfect space to get lost in the class and drop in. Lots of creative stretches and things I hadn’t seen yet in my Yin experience. Can’t wait to go check out more of her classes!!

see all reviewsI had a wonderful experience at this studio. The front desk staff and the instructor were very calm, peaceful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the class; it was unlike any yoga class I’ve attended before. I loved that the mats were set out in advance, and this was my first time using a bolster, which was incredibly comfortable and helpful. The entire space was very clean and well managed. I’ll definitely be returning for more classes, and I’m also excited to try the float pod!

see all reviewsIt was a great class with great music! It keeps your heart rate up and allows you to release any pent up energy. You feel very accomplished at the end. There is more running and stairs then I expected so know that going in.

see all reviewsThis class was very interesting and different. I’ve never done anything like this before. The class involved heavy breathing, screaming, punching pillows, and a nice sound bath at the end. Don’t let these things scare you away though, it’s worth exploring and experiencing at least once. The instructor was nice and welcoming. She asked everyone to share how they were doing 1 by 1 which was a nice personal touch. The parking isn’t the best so I would plan to arrive a bit earlier to find a spot. My only feedback is I wish the sound bath was a bit longer. I think she could have went over the aftercare while doing the sound bath. Overall good experience and would recommend!

see all reviewsI like the pace and flowing through the stations. The class was small enough that the instructors could give individual attention and I received good coaching and correction for my form.

see all reviewsThe location for this class was lovely. Now I only want to do yoga under the shade of trees overlooking Mueller Lake. Ashley was a great instructor, not intimidating and was easy to follow. Parking was easy, since the parking lot for the park was right next to the class location.
