However, shortly after the class ended, the next teacher came in and started blasting her music. It jolted me out of my relaxed state. I wish she had waited closer to her class time or when most of the previous class had left the room

Olivia was very encouraging and didn't mind coming over to show me how to correct myself which I really liked. She also called names to let you know when you're doing a good job. Overall really well-rounded class!

From the moment I walked in, Colby, who I assume is the receptionist was super welcoming and kind. Katy, the instructor made me feel comfortable the moment I met her. The class was challenging but not overwhelming Katy was great with gently correcting posture and giving individual positive feedback. “Good form, Devin!” It’s the little compliments like that that can boost confidence and encourage you to keep going. Looking forward to booking my next class very soon! Thank you ladies!
