see all reviewsI enjoyed this 7am class. It was great toning and a good amount of cardio woven in. It definitely gives you the shakes. The instructor gave clear directions along with visual cues. All of the staff members I encountered were very friendly. I felt like I got a good workout. It was a wonderful way to start the day.
