    Sculpt - Body by Erin

Olivia’s class was harder than I expected - but in a good way! Also had a lot of stretching which I loved after a long day of work.

Hot Yoga (90) $10 Happy Hour!!

Be prepared to SWEAT! A towel is a must! Definitely got my heart rate up without feeling over-exerted. I’ve done yoga at home, but this class is still very beginner friendly

IN STUDIO Short Form Ashtanga at Pauline

I absolutely loved the class. Melissa explains every movement thoroughly and she helped me deepen my child’s pose with physical pressure, while giving me guidance on my breath. Honestly, everyone I took Ashtanga classes with at Tiny Buddha has been amazing, I feel like my practice is evolving every week and it’s the most fulfilling feeling

    Silks Yoga

First time I've done yoga using silks. I've done yoga and I've taken a few silks class but the combo of the 2 was just what I needed. A bit awkward at times but the resulting poses and stretches felt so good. Dani was great - welcomed me warmly, explained the class / format. The ambiance was glowing and warm (the room was warmish, not hot). The music was soothing and Dani's cues and instructions were very helpful. Ahhhhh. I felt so good leaving this class.

Intro to AIR® (Adult Beginner Level Class)

Jake showed us some hand stretches/exercises and this is the first time I haven't had severe hand pain in the days following class! I had been waiting for weeks for the pain to stop and was worried I'd have to quit coming. thanks for the tips, Jake!

Claire is such a kind person and very helpful instructor! She gave me lots of tips before class even started because she knew I was a beginner- this was so appreciated! She was also a great teacher and helped a lot during class as well! She’s also a beast at yoga!
