What I think is essential and I missed it a bit was few more pauses as this helps not only to take a breath but mentally also to regain the focus to continue. The Wednesday class from Nicolas was great and I'm a big fan of the Sunday class with Pieter too! I absolutely adore the focus and attention on doing movements safely. The fysios are also very skilled! Highly recommended ❤️
