see all reviewsVery nice friendly teacher who offered plenty variations when you have any injuries. Great low impact training, and def got me sweat. Only point of improvement is that the teacher paid little attention to stretching after the bar exercises and maybe she could encourage slow and controlled movements a bit more. It was very fast, and for Pilates that’s not the point.
